Data deletion instructions

You can ask us at any time to delete the data LaunchSuite holds about you, including what we obtained from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or TikTok. There are three ways to do it.

1. By email

Email privacidad@launchsuite.pro with the subject "Delete my data" from your account's email address. If you don't have an account and only connected a network, tell us the name of the page, account or channel. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days at most.

2. From the dashboard

  1. Sign in at app.launchsuite.pro.
  2. To remove just one network: open the project, go to Connect accounts and click Disconnect. We revoke the permission on the platform where its API allows it, delete the access tokens and deactivate that connection's destinations.
  3. To delete everything: go to Account (top right) and click Close my account. We cut off your access immediately; your account, projects, connections and content are deleted within 30 days at most.

3. From Facebook

  1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Go to Apps and websites.
  3. Find LaunchSuite and click Remove.
  4. Tick the option to delete activity if offered, and confirm.

Facebook notifies us automatically through our data deletion request callback. When we receive it, we delete the data linked to your Facebook user (tokens, connected pages and Instagram accounts) and return a confirmation code.

Checking the status of your request

With the confirmation code you can check the status of your request at any time at https://launchsuite.pro/en/data-deletion/status?code=<code>. Facebook shows you that link when the deletion is completed.

LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok

If you revoke the permission from the network itself, we can no longer access it and delete the tokens the next time we detect they are no longer valid. To delete the rest of your data too, use email or the dashboard. The links to revoke permissions on each network are in Platform data.

What is deleted and what is kept

  • Deleted: access tokens, identifiers and names of pages, accounts and channels, metrics obtained from the platforms and, if you close your account, your projects and content.
  • Kept: only the request code and status, without the deleted data, for 12 months, and any data the law requires us to keep (for example, invoices).
  • What has already been published on your networks stays there: it is yours and is deleted from each network.
