What the service is
LaunchSuite helps you launch and grow products: brand brief, social presence audit, competitor intelligence, creatives, social publishing, capped-budget paid campaigns and measurement. Some features are rolled out in phases; the dashboard shows which ones are available.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done from your account.
- You can invite other people to your workspace; you decide their role and are responsible for who you give access to.
- You can close your account at any time by emailing us or from the dashboard.
Connected social networks
By connecting a Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or TikTok account, you authorise us to publish on your behalf the content you schedule and to read the data needed to do so and to show you results. You must have the right to manage those accounts.
Each network's use is also subject to its own terms. In particular, by using the YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Details of the data we request from each platform are in Platform data.
Platforms can change or limit their APIs at any time. If a post cannot be published we will show it in the log, but we are not liable for changes or outages of third-party services.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Publish illegal, misleading or defamatory content, content that incites hatred or that infringes third-party rights.
- Send spam or automate interactions that the platforms prohibit.
- Impersonate people or organisations.
- Try to access other workspaces' data, bypass limits or attack the service.
- Breach the advertising and content policies of the connected platforms.
You are responsible for the content you publish and for holding the rights to it. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, notifying you unless urgency or the law prevents it.
Campaigns and capped budget
When you run paid campaigns, the advertising spend is charged directly by each platform to the payment method of your ad account; we do not charge it.
LaunchSuite's budget cap and automatic cut-off stop campaigns when the spend reported by the platform reaches the limit you set. Because platforms report spend with some delay, there may be a small gap between actual and recorded spend at the time of the cut-off. We recommend also keeping the platform's own spending limits.
Price
During early access the service has no published paid plans. Before charging anything we will tell you the price, what each plan includes and how to cancel, and you will have to accept it expressly.
Intellectual property
The content you upload or create is yours. You allow us to host, process and publish it only as needed to provide the service. LaunchSuite, its code, design and brand belong to Codelabs Studio, S.L..
Personal data
We process data as described in the privacy policy. When we process third parties' personal data on your behalf (for example, your audience's on social networks), we act as a processor following your instructions.
Liability
We provide the service with professional diligence, but we do not guarantee that it will run without interruptions or errors, or any specific commercial result. To the extent permitted by law, our liability towards a business customer is limited to what it paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits the rights that the law grants to consumers.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms. If the change is significant we will email you reasonably in advance; if you disagree, you can close your account before it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes with business customers fall under the courts of Madrid (Spain); if you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence.
